Is there a minimum order?
No, please order how ever many you wish. We have all our products on hand, ready to be shipped.
What information should I have at hand to order with HomeTileArt.com?
Please have your basic information ready, billing/shipping addresses, and credit card/paypal info. If you are having any issues placing an order, please either email or contact us by phone at 1-305-923-1737.
Can I place my order over the phone if my internet is not available?
Yes, however we would recommend signing up online and placing the order yourself. This allows us to keep track of orders more efficiently and it also prevents confusion.

How can I be sure if my order went through or not?
You will receive an email confirming the order first. Once it's processed and confirmed, then you will receive a second confirmation email. Please contact us is there are issues.

Am I eligible for discounts on larger orders?
Yes, there is free shipping on all orders over $100. There is also a 20% discount on all orders over $200. We also offer wholesale orders on pallet orders.

Can I add to my existing order?
If it has already been processed, then it would be better to simply start a new order. Please contact us via email if there are shipping concerns.

Can I cancel my order?
You may only cancel an order if the order is not shipped. If it is already shipped, there is nothing we can do.

Are there any restrictions on free shipping?
Free shipping only applies to the Continenta United States with UPS ground or USPS priority mail.
Are there any other methods of shipping my order?
We currently only offer USPS priority mail UPS ground.
How long does it take to ship the order to me?
It takes us 24 - 48 hours most of the time unless an item is out of stock.
How long does it take to process my order?
We ship your order if you place it before 2:00 PM EST. If we cannot ship out your order the same day, it usually takes 24 - 48 hours.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes, we offer faster shipping options through UPS.
If an item is damaged or missing during delivery, who is responsible?
We guarantee our orders 100%, please contact us to take care of the order ASAP.
How do we know the exact cost of shipping?
During checkout, you will reach a shipping stage. This will give you 3 options for shipping at different rates.

Are all the items listed on Home Tile Art in stock?
We maintain and update inventory daily. If the item is listed on the site, there is a 99% chance it is currently in stock. If an item is sold out or unavailable, it is immediately removed off the website.
I cannot find an item I purchased previously purchased, is it still in stock?
Please perform an item number search on any main page. If you still cannot find the item, chances are it is out of stock or unavailable. Please contact us so we can determine future shipments or special orders.
Will I be able to change my order (subtracting/adding items) by phone or email after the order was placed and processed?
Yes, however, we cannot change an order after it has been shipped.

How often do you restock?
We try to restock as soon as possible but varying with demand, it could take as much as a month sometimes.
Payment
What forms of pay do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards; Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and Visa through Paypal Pro. We are currently adding Google Checkout as well.
My credit card was declined, was my order canceled?
If the payment does not go through, the order is automatically canceled. Please place another order or try to pay with an alternative credit card.

Yes, upon request. We have a large catalog available.
